PrestaShop Import As a Service

Order this service if you need one-time product upload to your existing or newly-installed store from .XLS/.XLSX (Excel), .XML, .CSV, .TXT files (you have to provide us with your .csv file, database connection and your requirements and our tech engineer will import all for you).

PrestaShop Import Service Features

• PrestaShop bulk product upload or update - all product related information including Reference (Model), Name, Description, Weight, Condition, Quantity Discount, Meta Data, Position, Manufacturer, Supplier, etc.
• Inventory import or update - Quantity, Availability to keep your inventory up to date. Products that are out of stock can be disabled or deleted right after import automatically.
• Image import - import of unlimited number of images, no matter if they are located on your server or at supplier's site.
• Product attribute import - creating values for specific attributes. Size, Color, Material, Style, Processor Speed, etc - things that can be adjusted according to customer's needs
• Combination import - attributes, combination reference, location, price, quantity, images, etc. getting a variation of specific product sizes, colors, etc like blue t-shirt of size S.
• Feature import - all features that you have in your shopping cart like your product dimensions, model specifications, etc. Additionally you can add custom feature values.
• Price import - Price, Specific Price, Wholesale Price, Unit Price, Tax Rate, etc.
• Categories import - category tree and data related to categories like images, descriptions, meta data etc.

Additional options available:

• Delete or disable products that are not listed in your file
• Create product variations basing on your specifications
• Strip HTML or special characters from names and descriptions
• Multi store import - items can be imported into specific shop according to PrestaShop Multi Store functionality

Please note: If Excel file with multiple sheets is provided, only one sheet is imported. Import of additional sheets is charged additionally.

Customer is responsible for communications with third-party companies, specific to each service request

You may be asked to provide the following information along with your order:

• FTP login details or database backup;
• Hosting Control Panel access details;
• Store Admin section login details;
• Detailed requirements in spreadsheet or file of text format.

You can include this information in Comments field during checkout process, alternatively you can send it via special form to eMagicOne Tech Engineers.

You cannot use discount coupons/bonus points/bundles or any other reduction for services according to Support Service Terms.

Custom Import - Light Restrictions:

• No manual data input. In case you need to fill in your file before import manually from your supplier's site, please contact your supplier to get this information
• We do not import attribute groups (it means that we cannot import Size as attribute group, but we can import its attributes (values) "S, XS, etc" if the Size attribute group is created)
• We do not import product attachments yet
• We do not import customized fields
• Order import is not available yet (Coming Soon)
• Additional work related to third-party modules or Shopping Cart customizations;
• Report(s) development or modification including company information update, logo update or any other changes;
• Personal education session;
• Remote desktop assistance;
